Ordering is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
- Complete the Order Form; once completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you.
- Forward your order confirmation to your school’s Finance/Purchasing person to create a TDSB Purchase Order number.
- Send that Purchase Order number along with your order confirmation to orders@jensengroup.ca

($16.95 each plus tax for 2XL, $17.95 each for 3XL)
Order Form
To process your order, you must obtain a Purchase Order (PO) Number and return it with this order confirmation. Orders that do not have a PO Number attached to them will not be processed.
Flat rate of $14.95 Shipping and Handling charged for orders less than 25 t-shirts
Flat rate of $34.95 Shipping and Handling charged for orders greater than or equal to 25 t-shirts
